Relaxing in the Yurt, when we practice our yoga outdoors, we connect with natural elements through the senses —air, earth, water, wood, and fire—creating metaphors for inner balance, grounding us and fostering deeper sense of connection and being.The rhythmic flow or our breathe mirroring the cycles of nature and reminding us to be present.
Join for an energizing practice of Hatha Yoga and meditation listening to sounds of nature around us. A delicious healthy lunch, a walk around the inspiring Knepp Safari and a slow nourishing practice of yoga and Soundbath to settle us in the late afternoon. A day, letting go of mental clutter and reawakening the senses feeling lighter and more grounded and connected to our environment. Yoga in nature and pathway to inner peace and harmony within.
